At the discretion of Rejoice Retrievers, the Raiser may be eligible to adopt the dog.Liability Waiver *Rejoice Retrievers will not be held liable for damages or injury that may be caused by the dog.Veterinary Expenses *Rejoice Retrievers will pay only pre-approved and authorized veterinary expenses of the dog except in an emergency. In the event of an emergency, the Puppy Raiser is expected to communicate with Rejoice Retrievers when en-route to emergency vets so expenses will be covered and Rejoice Retrievers knows the situation.Attendance *The Puppy Raiser will attend all required meetings and appointments including (but not limited to) veterinary appointments, training classes, and any appointments associated with the health, safety, or behavior of the dog and areas to access web-based training materials. If any of the above pose a challenge, the Puppy Raiser and Rejoice Retrievers will need to work together to find a suitable arrangement.Feeding *The Puppy Raiser will provide high quality dry dog food (must not change food from what puppy is currently on), harness, leash, crate, toys and shelter (in the house).Puppy is currently on PawTree White Fish KibbleGrooming and Care *The Puppy Raiser shall keep the dog at a healthy weight, well-groomed, and free from external parasites.Preventive Care *Puppy Raiser shall provide monthly heart worm preventative and monthly flea and tick preventative. Puppy Raiser is responsible for ensuring that the dog receives above referenced medications on the due day of the month.Accidental Death *The Puppy Raiser be held liable for the loss of the dog.Secure Area *The Puppy Raiser will keep the dog on a leash or in a secure fenced area and supervised at all times when outdoors. The Puppy Raiser will not take the puppy out of the town in which the puppy resides.Rehome / Dismiss *Rejoice Retrievers reserves the right to re-home and/or dismiss the Puppy Raiser from the Puppy Raising Program if he/she is not in full compliance with the above referenced policies.
